Bashir Dalhatu was born in Dutse of Jigawa State, November 12 1949. He attended Rumfa College, in Kano from 1963 to 1967. In 1972, he received a bachelor’s degree in law from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State & was subsequently called to Bar in 1973 then later studied law in London UK.
